PRIVACY POLICY

Last updated July 27, 2026

INMC LLC ("INMC," "we," "us," or "our") believes you should be able to browse and shop without giving up more personal information than the transaction requires. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected when you visit inmc.us, place an order, join our email list, contact us, or otherwise use our online store (the "Services").

We collect information to operate the store, complete orders, communicate with customers, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. We do not want a profile of your life, and we will never sell your personal information.

01

WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

In Short: We collect only the information reasonably needed to operate the store and complete your request.

Information you choose to provide may include:

  • Your name, email address, telephone number, billing address, and shipping address.
  • Order details, delivery information, returns, refunds, and communications with us.
  • Your email address and subscription preferences if you join the mailing list.
  • Any other information you choose to send when contacting us.

Our store platform and service providers may automatically receive limited technical information needed to operate and secure the website, such as your IP address, browser or device type, pages viewed, referring page, cart activity, and the date and time of a visit. This information may be collected through cookies, logs, and similar technologies.

Payment information. Payments are handled by third-party payment providers. INMC does not ordinarily receive or store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes.

Sensitive information. We do not ask for sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, biometric data, medical information, political views, religious beliefs, or precise geolocation.

02

CAN YOU SHOP ANONYMOUSLY?

In Short: You may browse without identifying yourself, but an order cannot be completed without the information needed for payment and delivery.

You do not need to tell us who you are merely to look at the website. When you buy something, however, the store, payment provider, and shipping carrier need enough information to process payment, prevent fraud, deliver the package, and address order problems. We do not ask for additional identifying information simply for the sake of collecting it.

03

HOW DO WE USE INFORMATION?

In Short: We use information to run the store, fulfill your request, and protect customers and the business.

  • Process, fulfill, ship, support, refund, or replace orders.
  • Respond to questions and send service-related communications.
  • Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and secure the Services.
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, chargebacks, and unlawful activity.
  • Maintain records required for taxes, accounting, warranties, disputes, and legal compliance.
  • Send marketing emails only when you have chosen to receive them.
  • Understand basic website performance and improve the store.
04

WHEN DO WE SHARE INFORMATION?

In Short: We share information only when needed to operate the store, complete an order, protect legal rights, or comply with law.

We may provide limited information to service providers that perform work for us, including the e-commerce platform, payment processors, shipping carriers, email providers, customer-support tools, website security providers, analytics providers, accountants, insurers, and legal advisers. Each provider receives only the information reasonably connected to its role, although its own handling of information is also governed by its terms and privacy policy.

We may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, or a valid government request; when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud or protect safety or legal rights; or in connection with a sale, financing, reorganization, or transfer of the business.

We do not sell personal information. We also do not disclose customer information to unrelated third parties so they can build independent marketing lists about our customers.

05

COOKIES AND BASIC WEBSITE DATA

In Short: The site uses the minimum cookies and technical data reasonably needed for shopping, security, and basic site operation.

Cookies may keep items in your cart, remember preferences, support checkout, prevent fraud, and provide basic information about whether the site is working. Your browser may allow you to block or delete cookies, but doing so can interfere with cart and checkout functions. Where the law requires additional cookie choices, we will provide them.

06

EMAIL UPDATES

In Short: You control which optional emails you receive.

Most optional emails require joining the mailing list. Back-in-stock alerts are product-specific and used only for that alert. When you place an order, we may add your email address to our mailing list for occasional shop updates. You may opt out or unsubscribe at any time by contacting us. Opting out of optional emails does not prevent necessary messages about an order, payment, shipment, customer-service request, security issue, or legal matter.

07

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP INFORMATION?

In Short: We do not keep identifiable information merely because it might be useful someday.

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably needed to complete the purpose for which it was collected, support an active customer relationship, resolve a dispute, prevent fraud, or satisfy tax, accounting, payment-network, insurance, warranty, or legal requirements. Retention periods differ by record type. When information is no longer reasonably needed, we will delete it, anonymize it, or allow it to expire through the systems that store it, subject to backup cycles and legal restrictions.

Some transaction records cannot be deleted immediately because businesses and payment providers are legally or operationally required to preserve them for a period of time. We will not use retained records for unrelated purposes simply because they remain on file.

08

HOW DO WE PROTECT INFORMATION?

In Short: We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system can promise perfect security.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures designed to limit unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. We also rely on established service providers for store hosting and payment processing rather than attempting to store complete card information ourselves. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access will never occur.

09

YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES AND RIGHTS

In Short: You may ask what we have, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern.

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of certain personal information, or to opt out of certain processing. You may also have the right to appeal a decision and to be free from unlawful discrimination for exercising a privacy right.

Send requests to weareinmc@gmail.com. We will ask only for information reasonably needed to verify the request and protect customer records. We may retain or withhold information where permitted or required by law, including records needed for transactions, taxes, accounting, fraud prevention, security, disputes, or legal compliance.

10

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

In Short: The Services are not directed to children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have done so, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. A parent or guardian may contact us at the email address below.

11

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

In Short: Other companies have their own privacy practices.

The Services may link to or depend on third-party platforms and providers. Their handling of information is governed by their own policies. We choose providers to operate the store, but we do not control every aspect of their systems or independent legal obligations.

12

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

In Short: Yes, we will update this notice as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws and to accurately describe our practices.

The current version will be posted with a revised "Last updated" date. If a change materially affects how we use personal information, we may provide additional notice when required by law. We will not quietly rewrite this policy to claim broader rights over information already collected where applicable law requires notice or consent.

13

WARRANT CANARY

As of July 27, 2026, INMC LLC has not been served with any warrant, subpoena, national security letter, court order, or other government demand requiring the disclosure of customer information. No search or seizure has been conducted involving INMC LLC property or assets.

14
