37mm Reloadable Aluminum Hulls

Engineered for makers. Made to last.

Precision-machined from 6061 aluminum, these 37mm hulls were designed from the ground up around the barrel materials people in the 3D2A community actually use, including hardware-store galvanized steel fencepost and OnlineMetals 6061 aluminum tubing.

We spent a stupid amount of time dialing in the dimensions and fit. These aren’t generic commercial hulls that just happen to work in homemade setups. They were built specifically around community-designed 37mm platforms and DIY barrels, while remaining fully compatible with commercial 37mm launchers.

Each hull features an integrated precision-machined powder cup and works with every #209 shotshell primer brand we could get our hands on, including CCI, Winchester, Federal, Remington, and Cheddite. Some brands may seat slightly tighter or looser due to normal manufacturing tolerances, but all fit and function properly.
