37mm Reloadable Aluminum Hulls

Reusable 37mm launcher hulls precision-machined from 6061 aluminum and finished with silver anodizing for a durable, corrosion-resistant finish. Designed for repeated use, these aluminum hulls are a reusable alternative to disposable 37mm casings for signaling applications.

Each hull features an integrated precision-machined internal powder cup.

Both hull styles accept standard #209 shotshell primers. We’ve tested them successfully with multiple #209 primer brands. Because primer outside diameter can vary slightly between manufacturers and lots, some primers may fit a little tighter or looser in the primer pocket. This normal dimensional variation does not affect compatibility.

Standard — A smooth, one-piece 6061 aluminum hull designed around simplicity, durability, and value.

Premium — A two-piece screw-apart 6061 aluminum hull with exterior knurling for improved grip and easier access for loading and cleaning.

Both versions are silver anodized and available individually or in discounted 3-packs.
